October 31 - November 1st

On Halloween I seen a mature 8 I've been after but he was

at 45 yards and just a little to far for my comfort shooting.

Which was a good Decsion based on what would happen on the next day

November came in wonderful. Cold frosty morning.

The morning came and went with a small buck

coming under me which was about the only deer movement I seen.

Evening I went back to my favorite tree and this big buck

came strolling by around 5:20 pm.

He went only 25 yards after the hit and fell.

So thankful the Lord blessed me with this Buck to

have for the freezer but also another one to add to my collection

of wall mounts and look at for many years to come.

Rifle season opens soon.
